The twenty-first century is a generation in which the information technology develops at full speed.The micro-curriculum as a new kind of teaching mode,using rising technical methods,emerges as the times demand.It can help students study with individuality in accordance with some certain knowledge point or misunderstandings of knowledge.The cultivation of geographic initiative thinking is the higher-level thinking cultivation in the process of geographic teaching.The Geography science is favorable for cultivating students' initiative thing for its comprehensiveness and richness,expensiveness and complexity of its tracing content.The aim of this thesis is elevating senior highs chool students' initiative thinking through researching and developing a series of geographic micro-curriculum.Geographic initiative thinking mainly contains divergent thinking,inferential thing,opposite direction thinking,space thinking etc.This thesis chiefly chooses in them divergent thinking and opposite direction thinking to do research.In the first place,finding out the basic situation of senior high school students' geographic initiative thinking capabilities through questionnaire interview.Then putting forward the principles and basic ways of geographic micro-curricular teaching content development and designing the technological process of geographic micro-curricular development which increases progressively level by level and is of initiative thinking.Based on all of them,selecting the knowledge points of senior high school Geography textbook(required course)on e to make micro-curriculum teaching content design.It is found as the result that the first geographic micro-curriculum cheifly aiming at cultivating students' divergent thinking is helpful for students to form the habit of think ing and solving problems from diverse dimensions.The second geographic micro-curriculum principally aiming at cultivating students' opposite direction thinking is distinctly beneficial for students to be able todefy original proposition constantly,make oppos ite direction thinking and solve problems in the course of judging and solving problems through their own knowledge and competence.
