Study On Sports Resource In Guangxi Colleges And Universities Serving Community Sports

With the further advancement and development of the concept "National Fitness" and "Healthy China Strategy",the demand for mass sports has soared.The contradiction between the scarcity of sports resources in China and the diversified sports demands from the masses will continue to exist for a long time.Compared with central and eastern regions,the economic level of Guangxi is relatively backward,also the public finances are limited.Hence,to develop the public sports service with all the main forces of the society will be a popular thought.A total of 76 colleges and universities in Guangxi region contain rich and high-quality sports resources,and the idle rate during the rest of the school,especially during the winter and summer vacations,is relatively high.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to give full play to the social service function of sports resources.According to the analysis and research,the supply and demand of community sports resources in Guangxi are unbalanced,and the current situation of demand exceeds supply.While most colleges and universities not only have all kinds of sports resources,rich quality and concentration of sports talents and more abundant information resources,but also has good infrastructure configuration,a beautiful and comfortable environment,and other advantages.Therefore,it is of great resource advantage to supply community sports service in Guangxi colleges and university.However,the current situation of community sports in Guangxi colleges and universities is not fairly ideal.In the process of offering service from colleges and universities to the communities,there are the following difficulties:related subject service consciousness is not strong;there are conflicts in the resource sharing among the teaching,training and community;difficulties of safety management increased in colleges and universities.The effective supply of college sports resources to community sports services is low,which is mainly manifested as the low efficiency of the resources of college sports venues.Physical human resources of colleges and universities have little service in content and frequency.Moreover,the openness of information resources in colleges and universities is low in double way.The author analyzes the main reasons that restrict the development of community sports in colleges and universities.The publicity of university sports resources opening up is not put in place;safety management lags behind;lacking of matched measures during the service.In order to drive up the sports resources of Guangxi colleges and universities for serving the community sports effectively,the author suggests that the government,universities and the community should take the initiative to take responsibility.Enhancing the publicity of service supply to colleges and universities;improving the safety guarantee mechanism of colleges and universities and relevant supporting measures in the process of service..And try to build "university-community" sports resources sharing process under the guidance of sharing theory.
