Forecast Of Kindergarten Construction Founding Demand Under The Background Of "Universal Two-Child" Policy

The implementation of the "The Universal Two Children" policy has a greater impact on the size of preschool aged children and children in kindergartens.The garden is the basic condition for preschool-age children to enjoy preschool education.It has certain realistic and guiding significance to predict and analyze the construction needs of the kindergarten.The study is based on the data of the sixth national census for all provinces and cities in 2010,presupposes three different low-medium-high fertility programs,and uses the CPPS population forecasting software for preschool-age children and toddlers in kindergartens and kindergartens across the country from 2018 to 2030.The number is used to make predictions to explore the changes in the demand for construction of the park and the problems existing in the construction of the park.According to the forecast results,it was found that the implementation of the "two-child" policy began in 2019.The number of children in the country and provinces and cities began to increase,and it decreased year by year after peaking in2021.The changes in the demand for the number of parks,floor space,and floor space are basically consistent with the number of children in the park.The peak year for the construction demand gap is generally between 2021 and 2023.Different provinces and cities have different differences in the number of gardens,floor space,and floor space requirements.The demand for gardens in Chongqing,An Hui Province,and Guang Xi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a relatively large number of gaps.Zhe Jiang,Guang Dong,and Guang Xi Zhuang Autonomous Region occupy a larger gap,and Chongqing,Guang Dong,Gan Su Province,and Guang Xi Autonomous Region have construction areas.The demand gap is large.At the same time,a sample survey and research was conducted on the construction of the 60 kindergartens in Nanchang City,Jiu Jiang City and Fuzhou City in Jiang Xi Province.The survey found that there are problems such as the unreasonable layout of the park,the serious shortage of outdoor activity area,and the incomplete indoor area of the various rooms.In order to better cope with the impact of changes in children in the park on the construction and development of kindergartens in the context of the "comprehensive two-child" policy,the study suggests that according to the changing trends of pre-school-age children,the number of constructions should be planned rationally;The unified development of quantity and quantity;each region will allocate resourcesscientifically and reasonably according to the local economic development conditions and the basic conditions for preschool education,and provide support to those regions with large gaps in construction demand.
