Teachers' professional identity is the teacher's own perception of the profession, the degree of acceptance of the profession, the value and role of the recognized teacher's profession, and the ability to contribute to career development. The status of professional identity of young teachers in primary and middle schools gradually attracted the attention of the whole society.Teachers carrying the hope of social development seem to be slowly losing their enthusiasm for the profession. This kind of situation can not help but let people think deeply, why teachers who are in the most passionate age group in life have lost this inherent flame. In order to find out what factors may affect the professional identity of young teachers in primary and secondary schools, and then to put forward suggestions and strategies to improve their professional identity,I decided to investigate the professional identity of young teachers in primary and secondary schools. After conducting questionnaire surveys on 201 young teachers in different backgrounds and conducting in-depth interviews with 6 teachers,This study conducted a scientific analysis of the collected data and information and reached the following conclusions:(1)The professional identity of young teachers in primary and secondary schools is generally at a general level.(2)The level of professional identification of young teachers in primary and secondary schools will be affected by factors such as gender, age, education, teaching period, nature of the job, type of class, type of school, and total work performance.(3)The level of professional identity of young teachers in primary and secondary schools is not significantly affected by factors such as the title and the number of weeks of classes. After consulting and referring to relevant literature, and after summarizing and summarizing these different specific influencing factors, the author concludes that the source of professional identification of young teachers in primary and secondary schools comes from three sources: society, schools, and teachers. Finally, from these three aspects, the author puts forward proposals to promote the professional identity of young teachers in primary and secondary schools to ensure that young teachers in primary and secondary schools can meet the new challenges brought about by educational reform, promote the healthy growth of school teachers, improve the quality of schooling, and promote basic education reform.
