Teachers' professional identity is that an individual or a group of teachers' positive cognition for his professional and attitude toward his responsibility. This paper is study on young male teachers' professional identity in primary school according to the investigation of three primary schools in Huaihua city. It is derived from the gender ratio imbalance in primary school. The gender ratio about primary school is not only relates to the development of teachers, but also very important for students growth healthy. At present, in Chinese primary, there is a serious imbalance about the proportion of male and female teacher. the numbers of male teachers accounted for only about 20%, and shows the declining trend. One of the important reasons is the number of new male teacher start to tail off. Especially in primary school, male teachers show "aging". Research of young male teachers' professional identity in primary school is help to improve youth male teacher's professional identity, so as to promote the development of teachers. It also helps school to improve young teachers' professional identity, retain talent by improving the management system.As well as for the education of the relevant departments to formulate policies to balance the teachers' gender ratio.In this paper, Author get the information of young male teachers' professional identity situation in primary school of Huaihua city through literature survey,investigation, comparative method and case method. And based on the different background of age, gender, area of school, form of employment,education, marriage,author comparative the professional identity of young male teachers in primary schools. In addition, the author will also from the spiritual and material factors,personal and environmental factors to analyses youth male teachers' professional identity in primary school. And based on the analysis, author puts forward some strategy to promote young male teachers' professional identity of primary school.The result of the survey is as follows:1. Overall, young male teachers' professional identity in the primary school is not higher, especially about the dimensions of professional values and the value of the role perception.2. The male teachers of different ages have obvious differences in professional identity.3. There are large differences in professional identity that the young teachers in different gender.4. The primary school in suburb, the transportation and life are convenient, the young male teachers' professional identity are higher than the young male teachers in remote.5. The young male teachers of authorized and hired are higher than the internship.6. There are no obvious differences of the young male teachers' professional identity in different background of marriage and education.
