The author as a from guangdong zhanjiang economic backward area of in-service education graduate student, based on local teacher education for a long time, always feel are who have courage to face difficulties and reality to do some real education research, and primary school teachers professional identity in less developed areas in guangdong is I have been concerned about and thinking.This paper USES the questionnaire survey and interview method analysis of zhanjiang in rural primary and secondary school education present situation, problems and countermeasures, combined with the author’s practical experience, analysis of the status quo and existing problems, and then reference the results of other researchers, consult and some other theories and practice of experienced teachers, school administrators analyze the countermeasures to solve the problem, help the shortage of the reform of the rural primary and secondary school education, promote the improvement of the rural primary and secondary school education system. In addition, by the state, society and schools, individuals and other multiple levels solve the problem of rural teachers is not high esteemed, contribute to the improvement of the life and job burnout of teachers, improving rural teachers’ professional identity.
