A Survey On The Participation Of Hunan Badminton Association In Public Service

National sport and universal health are both hot topics and people's lives.Badminton has become a popular sport for the general public.As a strong province of badminton,Hunan Badminton Association(HNBA)is the most important leader in the number of badminton organizations and clubs in Hunan province.HNBA is the mass sports organization in Hunan province,which is the province badminton project activity the social group's only legal organization and the non-profit social organization.It is worth exploring the role of HNBA in participating in badminton services,how to make efforts,and what problems need to be improved.Participants to understand badminton sports habits,as well as the association of Hunan province in the practice of public sports service,people impression of badminton association and perception of badminton association to participate in the public service,etc.,in this study,we first designed the "questionnaire on public service of HNBA " and the interview outline.Then using stratified sampling method and case study method choose to around 550 in HNBA,non-member of 58 HNBA and member of 55 public as research object,the recycling effective questionnaire 575 copies.Finally,the collected data is processed by combing statistics.Based on detailed empirical results,in the public sports service,HNBA plays four main roles: guider,server,supervisor and organizer.Service practices includes 8 pieces of content,such as,recruiting members,membership registration,promoting healthy sports concept,undertaking all kinds of badminton competition,strengthening the construction of the youth sports education and guidance,technology platform.In investigating the HNBA to engage in public service,the members,non-members,and other social public general approbate the services provided from the HNBA.Through the efforts of the HNBA,the developments of formal and informal organization become rich variety.Badminton has a rich variety of professional and amateur events,and the youth badminton movement has achieved remarkable results.The combination of the enterprises and enterprises has broadened the funding channels of the association.The association's involvement in public sports has worked well,but the survey also found some problems.For example,the HNBA,as a non-profit social organization,is actually an "official" organization,which is closely related to the government.The competent unit and main leaders have official background.The people involved in the various activities organized by the HNBA are members,and the lack of publicity leads to the lack of attention of non-members and ordinary people.The quality of physical fitness instructors has yet to be improved,and the institute's supervision is not in place.Mass badminton activities are notcarried out enough,social attention is not high.Based on the survey highlights the problems,in order to better service members,to meet the needs of public sports health service,give full play to the HNBA as the sports community organizations,this paper puts forward four countermeasures.Such as,to find the accurate positioning,with the administrative influence of the official institutions,the HNBA should win more policy support and make public services.The association will improve the supply level and efficiency of public services for badminton sports,integrate social resources,allocate public resources for the people and strength supervision and highlight the public welfare of the service.Finally,the association should organize activities to improve its ability to absorb resources.
