Research On The Activities Of Staff Badminton Association Among Six Universities In Beijing

This thesis investigates the status and badminton activities of six colleges and universities in Beijing from all directions and from many angles: Peking University,Tsinghua University,Beijing Jiaotong University,Beijing University of Technology,Beijing University,China Geological University(hereinafter referred to as Beijing six universities)To understand the organization of badminton sports in these colleges and universities,the status of activities,the participation of members of the Association,the impact of activities.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the organization and development of the activities of the Badminton Association of six Colleges and universities in Beijing,and gets the following results:1.The purpose of the establishment of the Association of the Badminton Association of six University staff in Beijing is to go biased,There is no emphasis on the construction of associations and the Development of association members,resulting in a small number of members.A small number of associations to the association members of the lack of supervision,loose system caused by the "false" members,resulting in only an increase in the number of people.2.Through the comparison of six colleges and Universities Badminton Association structure system found that some associations to streamline the functional departments,there is a phenomenon of "unity." The association was founded in a combination of types,dependencies,set up in a way that is bottom-up and top-down.3.There are various types of badminton activities in colleges and universities in Beijing,but there are few competitions within the whole Beijing teaching staff system.The main university badminton competition is mainly college students competition,teaching staff competition as a supplement,the teaching staff group is small,the number of participants is small.Most members think that it is not enough to hold the school staff Badminton competition once a year.4.The ratio of men to women in this research is about 6 to 4,and the overall level of academic qualifications of the members surveyed is higher.The number of people in the association Balling more than 5 years,and Balling fewer members in a year.Most of the respondents were involved in activities 1 to 2 times a week.From the length of exercise,the main focus is 30-120 minutes.The main purposes of participating in badminton sports are: Physical fitness,experience sports fun,eliminate physical and mental fatigue,regulate bad emotions,interpersonal communication,display badminton skills.5.The problems affecting the development of the Badminton Association of University staff in Beijing include: lack of professional coach guidance,insufficient funds,insufficient strength of team construction,insufficient number of hardware facilities,substandard conditions,insufficient attention to school leaders,insufficient publicity,and inadequate competition organization.
