Research On The Construction Of Badminton League In Hunan Vocational Colleges

Hundred Years of education,education-oriented.It is the most important work of the liberal education to promote the all-round development and healthy growth of the students.The opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of university students clearly stated that with the development of society,the advancement of Science and technology and the deepening of educational reform,in the development of college student associations,there are many new situations and new trends,such as the increase of network associations,the increase of cross-school activities,and the increase of social ties.There are some problems in the construction of college student associations,such as lack of standard management,limited hardware conditions and unbalanced development.Under the new situation,universities everywhere should strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students,push forward the liberal education,implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and strengthen the country through talents,we will go a long way in training qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We will further strengthen and improve the work of college students’ associations.In this paper,the literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other methods to investigate the status quo of badminton clubs in Higher Vocational Colleges,based on the investigation.The results show that:(1)the number of badminton clubs in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges is relatively small,and the management organizations are mainly composed of the school leaders and the School Youth League committee.There are large-scale activities mainly to provincial-level,school-level competitions,small-scale activities have the association as the unit of Badminton Games.The Management Mode of the Badminton Association is mainly the institutionalized management mode,the badminton association has the Basic Perfect Management System;At present,the main sources of funding for badminton clubs in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges are club dues,school grants,social sponsorship,self-generated income,school grants and social assistance,and the number of venues for badminton clubs is limited.The badminton association holds,participates in the competition to be few,the Association member obtains the umpire rank card proportion to be low.(2)the problems existing in the development of badminton societies in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges are: 1)the absence of badminton societies activity guidance.2)The old management model of associations.3)badminton clubs are severely under-represented.4)participating in large-scale Badminton League(3)based on the premise of policy and previous studies,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing badminton league in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges from the following aspects: construction basis,construction idea,construction principle,construction goal of the League,Organization of the League and operation mode of the League.(4)based on the current situation,existing problems and the conception of association,this paper puts forward the development path of Association of Badminton Association of Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges from the following five aspects: financial resources,management system,human resources,material resources and science and technology.
