As a special social group,wandering teenagers face more complicated difficulties than ordinary teenagers.As far as wandering teenagers are concerned,they face insufficient cognition,weak self-protection ability and other psychological problems.Besides,they encounter life difficulties such as food,clothing,shelter,and even their safety issues are not guaranteed in a stray environment.When wandering teenagers encounter crisis and difficulties,the lack of strength makes it difficult for them to escape from the predicament.Because of the lack of awareness and ability to obtain support from families and peer groups,it is hard for wandering teenagers to get corresponding support.And these will easily aggravate the wandering behavior of wandering teenagers.Without proper and timely rescue and protection,wandering teenagers are prone to fall into a worse situation,which will cause more serious damage to the physical and mental health of wandering teenagers and hinder their development.This article relies on J rescue station to fully understand the situation of the rescue and protection of wandering teenagers.And based on the interview method and the participation observation method,the author gather information.After observation and analysis of the data,it is found that the wandering teenagers group as a whole is facing some issues such as role confusion,self-enclosed,cognitive bias,social fear,which is the performance of low resilience.In actual assistance,rescue stations pay more attention to the material needs of wandering teenagers,and care less about their development.So it's easy to repeat the wandering behavior.Based on field research,the author formulated goals and plans for the plight and needs of wandering teenagers from five dimensions: emotional management,positive cognition,goal setting,family support and interpersonal assistance,and helped street youth solve problems,promote self-opening,rebuild confidence,improve the relationship between the client and her father,strengthen communication with teachers and classmates,change the client's mentality when facing difficulties,and guide the client to adopt a calm and positive attitude to face and deal with setbacks correctly from two aspects: personal support and external support.At the same time,under the guidance of dominant perspective theory and resilience theory,this article uses pro-social connections,establishing clear and stable boundaries,expressing high expectations and providing opportunities to participate in the rescue to enhance the resilience of wandering teenagers and help clients return to families and normal lives.
