In recent years,Chinese economic growth has been accelerating, and social construction has also been fruitful. In particular, the poverty issue that has plagued the entire society has made remarkable achievements in the world.Nevertheless, due to China's large area of poverty, deep poverty, and high rate of returning to poverty, poverty alleviation is a long way to go.In order to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and improve the hard life in the hinterland of the hinterland, the government strongly supports the poor to get rid of poverty and create a favorable living environment and job opportunities for them and implement the relocation policy.Against this background, new socially disadvantaged groups are formed, which is as migrant rural children migrating to urban communities with their parents. These children moved away from their hometown of growth, came to a strange environment. There is no childhood playmates, there is no familiar place for the game, there is no hometown uncle aunt care for the greetings. These relocation of rural children need to work hard to adapt to unfamiliar community environment,to make new partner neighbors, used to a new way of life. Some young children, facing unfamiliar things, may be overwhelmed and become more introverted, inferior and withdrawn. These children who grow up in the mountains, many lack the guidance of their parents and the education of their teachers, and their capabilities of cooperation and exchange, problem solving and goal formulation are very scarce.Under such circumstances, the effective intervention of professional social workers and the development of the children's resilience can make up for family and school negligence. This paper mainly uses the group work method to study the resistance of rural migrant children in X new immigrant community in Ankang. The author first uses the questionnaire survey and the non-structured interview to understand the current situation of the anti-stress of the rural children in the new immigrant community and finds out their needs. Then,on the basis of reviewing the existing research, the author uses the theory of superiority angle of view, the theory of social support and theresistance Force theory to carry out group activities to enhance its resistance.Through the comparison of the pre-test and post-test responses of the 12 rural migrant children who participated in the group's activities, the team's own evaluation of the activities after participating in the group activities and the subtle changes in the behavior observed by the author,These children have a greater improvement in cooperation and exchange, problem solving,self-confidence and self-knowledge.Indicating that the activities of the group can effectively enhance the new immigrant community rural children's resistance.
