Sensory Integrative Dysfunction has a great influence on children's physical and mental growth.With the development of economy and society,the growth environment and upbringing style of children have changed,and more and more children suffer from sensory dysfunction in China.Language disorders,audio-visual disorders,learning disabilities and abnormal behavior caused by physical dysfunction can lead to problems in children's self-cognitive ability,emotional management and family life,which leads to their relative difficulties and disadvantages in school learning,exercise,group communication,social adaptation and competitiveness.In the face of various difficulties are often lack of adaptability,optimism and self-repair ability,there is an urgent need to improve the "resilience".In this paper,eight 8-11-year-old children with affective disorder in HD Primary School of Shenzhen City were involved in social work intervention practice.From the theoretical perspectives of dominant perspective theory,social support network theory and emotional ABC theory,with the goal of improving the resilience of the clients,the group work method was used to carry out the intervention design and practical practice on the children with sensory disorders.First of all,the author investigates and evaluates the clients and their families to understand the sensory imbalance and the resistance to difficulties,the main factors that affect the resistance and the demand analysis to enhance the resistance.Then,on the basis of the integration of previous data,through eight complete group processes,we can help children with sensory disorders strengthen their sense of positive optimism,self-efficacy and team belonging,and build a social support network system.Finally,the process analysis and effectiveness evaluation are carried out by using the method of social work evaluation,and it is suggested that the trinity mutual assistancesystem of family,school and school should be established,and the practical significance and effective strategies of social work intervention in children with sensory disorders should be put forward.sort out and summarize the group work model to promote the improvement of resilience,so as to provide reference experience for the social work intervention of children with sensory disorders and promote the development of social work practice.
