Nowadays, with the rapid development of economic society, the phenomenon of social stratification and social mobility is becoming more obvious, and population migration more normal. Population migration consists of the flow of the individual as unit and the flow of family unit. The author of this essay focuses on the latter. Whatever the form of migration, it will cause a series of social problems. Migrant children are the public sign of the problem of the population migration that as a family unit. Children who migrate from rural to urban areas,facing strange environments, cultivating introverted character which is not confident.Therefore, children will encounter a series of social problems, such as, communication barriers, weak resistance to pressure, and being tagged. In consequence,the cultivation of children’s resilience is especially important.Children resilience is a capacity which can help children to overcome difficulties, to rise to the occasion, and to get healthy growth and development. The author, basing on a research about migrant children resilience in SuZhou, adopt the questionnaire surveymethod and interviewing method to analyze the situation of children resilience, and culture resilience for children as group working under the strength perspective. Then the author sum up the experience of group working, and ultimately guide children obtain the abilities of problems solving, emotional control, team cooperation, interpersonal communication, internalizing knowledge and experience gained. It can enhance their sense of optimism, self-efficacy and sense of belonging for the service object. In the end,children can get the resilience by overcoming difficulties and challenges.
