At present,children in distress are a special group concerned by the country and society.In their growing process,there are many problems,such as survival,medical treatment,schooling and so on.In the face of difficult and complex living environment,children in difficulties are weak in psychological coordination and adaptability in overcoming setbacks and failures.Therefore,this paper takes the plight children living in rural areas as the research object,and takes their resilience level as the entry point of the research.Through the application of group work methods and techniques,studies whether these methods and techniques can help to improve the resilience of rural children in distress groups.Firstly,according to the requirements of group work methods and implementation steps,through in-depth interviews,observation and scale measurement of children in distress in the village,the author found that the level of resistance of this group is in the low level of resistance compared with normal children.After understanding their living conditions and problems,the needs of children in need to improve their resilience are assessed from the aspects of individuals,families,communities and schools.Secondly,at the substantive activity stage,eight professional group service activities are designed and carried out.Combined with the needs of the service object,under the guidance of the advantage angle theory and the social ecosystem theory,this paper deeply analyzes the internal and external advantages of rural children in difficult situations in the aspect of resilience,so as to stimulate their potential,correctly face difficulties,and reasonably use their personal ability and external support.The content of the activities closely revolves around the dimension of resilience,starting from the aspects of individuals,families,communities,schools and so on,so that the group members can feel the positive influence of the group in the group activities,and guide the group members to discover and learn to use the internal advantage factors,self-efficacy factors and external support factors.At the end stage of the group,the re-measurement of the resistance scale and the questionnaire survey of group satisfaction showed that the level of resistance of children in distress had improved,reaching the middle level and above.In addition,the team members expressed satisfaction with the professional services of socialworkers and hoped that more similar activities could be carried out in the future.Finally,summarize and reflect.From the intervention path of the group work and the effect of intervention analysis group work in rural children in distress in the improvement of resilience to specific research objectives and effects.The author will continue to track and consolidate the service effect,promote children in distress to better adapt to the social environment.
