The higher education in our country is entering the transition period from the popularization to the backward popularization.In this period,more adults will be involved in higher education.Because people's learning ideas and behavior are faced with unprecedented huge impact,their learning psychological problems will be more prominent.At present,the study of the psychological problems of adult college students has the problems of low attention,narrow content and no connection with the development stage of specific higher education.Therefore,the study of the psychological problems of adult students should be combined with the macro social background and the development trend of higher education in China.In the field,the study motivation,learning attitude,learning will,learning interest and social role of adult college students are studied.Based on the related theories of higher education,adult education and learning psychology,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of adult college students' learning psychology on the basis of higher education,adult education and learning psychology,and takes adult college students in two universities in Hubei as a sample,through questionnaire survey and statistics.This paper analyzes the status of the learning psychology of adult college students in Chinese colleges and universities,understands the relationship between the internal dimensions of the learning psychology,probes into the internal and external causes of the learning psychological problems of adult college students,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the psychological problems of the adult students.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the questionnaire survey shows that the adult students in China have a certain demographic characteristics,with little difference in sex,mostly from the villages and towns below the city level,the work is stable but the prospects are not good,the wage level is low,the age is 23-40 years old,whether the employment and monthly income have a certain influence on the learning psychology of the adult students..Second,there are a series of problems in the learning psychology of adult students.They have low learning motivation and focus on external motivation,poor learning attitude,weak will of learning will,low learning interest and low identity to the social roles of students.Third,there are related and interrelated factors in the internal factors of adult students' learning psychology.Learning motivation will have an impact on the will,interest of learning and the identity of social roles.Learning attitude affects will and interest of learning.Learning will affects interest in learning.Learning interest has an impact on the identity of social roles.Fourth,the influencing factors of adult college students' psychological problems mainly include:(1)individual economic conditions;(2)the support of policy;(3)management defects;(4)the status of education supply.Fifth,according to the above analysis,it puts forward the Countermeasures for the psychological problems of adult college students.Personal psychological aspect:(1)strengthen internal driving force and stimulate learning motivation;(2)correct understanding of adult education and correct learning attitude;(3)strengthening the sense of academic control and steadfast learning will;(4)forming independent inquiry habits and increasing interest in learning;(5).The social environment aspect:(1)the family and the society should provide more support for the adult college students;(2)the government at all levels should strengthen the support of adult higher education;(3)the adult higher education institutions should strengthen the management of students;(4)energetically create a good atmosphere for national learning and lifelong learning.
