Investigation On The Status Quo Of Table Tennis For The Disabled In Heilongjiang Province

As an integral part of the human family,the disabled need social and humanistic care.The development of sports for the disabled is an important way for the disabled to integrate into the social family and increase the social harmony and stability.After China hosted the Paralympics in 2008,the slogan "two Olympics is just as good" was followed.As the background,to develop sports power through,China's sports undertakings for the disabled has been rapid development.Table tennis as the national sport of China,not only provides a foundation for the sports development of healthy people,the more the five categories(body,eyesight disabilities,deaf disabilities,mental retardation,mental disability)provides the help for the disabled.In this paper,through investigating the development of Chinese disabled table tennis big province,Hei LongJiang province disabled table tennis movement development,using the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods of HeiLongJiang province analysis research of the current table tennis sports for the disabled.It is hoped to provide help to the disabled table tennis development in HeiLongJiang province,and provide reference for other provinces with the disadvantages of table tennis development.Research shows:First,The disabled table tennis players in HeiLongJiang province do not have fixed training places for disabled table tennis players,and there are no fixed coaches and trainers.The daily training of the disabled table tennis players depends on following the provincial team or amateur table tennis club and table tennis professional training institution.The training is difficult and the input cost is higher.Second,the Hei LongJiang province disabled table tennis players compared with healthy people distribution is more dispersed,material selection method has limitations,the disabled table tennis players reserve force is relatively weak,the disabled from provincial table tennis athletes selecting basic training with the disabled table tennis players or special school in HeiLongJiang province to select training in table tennis players.Third,After the successful conclusion of China's disabled Olympic Games in2008,the performance of the disabled table tennis players in Hei LongJiang province was first increased and then decreased.With the retirement of the old disabled table tennis players,the HeiLongJiang province to participate in the Paralympics athletes reduced year by year,to participate in the Paralympics games table tennis players at three consecutive number is fixed,exposed out of the Hei LongJiang province disabled table tennis players problems of weak backup power supply.Fourth,gave the disabled table tennis athletes in HeiLongJiang province relatively high construction of humanistic care and welfare,but because of weak northern area relative to the south region economic development,the HeiLongJiang province disabled table tennis players generally cannot be included in the business establishment,retired no stable work,economic income,led to the disabled table tennis elite athletes in HeiLongJiang province due to the restriction of economic life,lost to the southern regions.
