Research On The Development And Application Of Hand-held Exerciser For Frontal Handball In Volleyball

In volleyball technology,the technique of passing the ball positively is the key and basic technique in the volleyball technology.The skill of the volleyball pass is very high for the hand type.At the same time,the teaching of the volleyball hand type has always been the difficulty in passing ball.This paper is divided into two parts from the structure,namely the development of the passing hand exerciser and the passing hand exerciser in teaching experiment.The experiment part selects the students of tennis special and roller skating and Wushu in Beijing Sport University as the research object,and uses the literature material method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,trial production research method and data analysis method to develop the opponent type exerciser and carry out the experiment from teaching.Through the experimental analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the development of hand-held exercisers on the front hand.1.The research and development of the handball manipulator has experienced from the first generation test to the second generation to the final fifth generation,and the hand type trainer can finally achieve the original design anticipation,that is,it can correct and restrict the key points of the handball type.2.The development of the hand type exercisers from materials,design concepts and implementation processes,the participants' use experience has reached the best level of the current stage in the final product.Through the test of the students,the further improvement of the opponent type exerciser can be achieved with the time,energy and economy.The learner is popularized.Second,the teaching experiment conclusion of the hand-held exerciser on the front hand..1.Front facade handball type trainer has played a positive role in the students' interest in learning the technology of passing volleyball,and it has played a positive role in the enthusiasm and autonomy of the students.Students can not only regulate hand type movements through hand type exercisers,but also pay more attention when learning to pass and do more thinking and researching on the skills which they have learned in practice.2.In the practice of volleyball teaching,the use of hand-handed handball hand – type exerciser to carry on the ball-hand-pass technique in volleyball makes students do better in theoretical examination results and technical assessment than under the traditional teaching methods,and which is of great help to improving the quality of teaching.At the same time,it can improve students' ability of self-learning and to combine theory with practice.
