| At present,there are various types of electrical equipment in scattered locations in Universities in China.The electricity data of many schools is not clear,which caused the cost accounting of school,college or department can not be implemented.At the same time,there really exits problems about energy wasting in the school,such as the light which burns day and night in the classroom and the air conditioner is on when the office is unmanned.Therefore,this paper designs an loT-based smart campus energy management and control system for these issues,systematically and intellectually manage the energy consumption from the overall campus level.The energy consumption data required by different functional departments are different,but most of these data are derived from the same management and control equipment.In order to meet the requirements of campus management,a grid communication topology is formed among the management and control equipments.the vertical management from the upper level monitoring to the terminal room and the horizontal management of the various functional departments manage the electrical equipment is established.It makes the campus power management system clear and easy to manage.The management and control system is designed as a network system consisting of a remote service layer,an intermediate monitoring layer,and a field control layer.Remote control and data display are implemented in the management center,monitoring stations are built at all levels and the two layers communicate with wired links.The coordinator connects the control center with a wired network and sets up a campus wireless sensor network to cover and control the site.An intelligent terminal controller acts as a wireless network node,manages decentralized devices,and controls room electrical equipment in real time and uploads collected data.The custom routing of wireless sensor network is designed to complete the fine data management.The data of different devices are transmitted by different virtual tunnels,distributed to various functional management departments,narrowing the broadcast domain and improving the utilization rate of network channels.In the terminal controller,the functional task base is designed.The control functions of different equipment set up independent control tasks dispatched by the operating system,the functional tasks match the corresponding virtual tunnel,and all kinds of electrical equipment are handled in order.At the end of the paper,the design of hardware part and software part of coordinator and terminal controller are given.The characteristics of a wide range of common electrical equipment are divided,specific control strategies are designated.Besides,the automatic control functions of terminal controllers under the different conditions of season,time and environment are introduced elaboratly,finnaly the programmable control functions under the conditions of remote control and modification of the upper layer are detailed introduced. |
