At present,China's higher education has entered the stage of “popular education,” which is accompanied by an increase in the social status of jobs.The grim employment situation has forced many college students to face the problem of graduation or unemployment.“Employment difficulties” has become a common anxiety for recent graduates.The problem.At the same time,due to the special nature of their own profession,sports students are faced with the realistic characteristics of narrow employment,single employment,etc.Their employment pressure is accompanied by an increase in the employment situation year by year,and the employment rate is negatively correlated with each year.Under this background,China has proposed a national strategy of "popular entrepreneurship and innovation," and strives to promote the development of the employment situation by promoting innovation and entrepreneurship for all people.This strategy provides a good outlet for the employment of sports majors.The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors in China's physical education Ph.D.programs,and to understand the status of their innovation and entrepreneurship as well as emerging problems,and to identify the causes and propose development strategies and recommendations.This article uses literature,survey,mathematical statistics,and logic analysis as research methods.It selects 22 undergraduates from 22 colleges and universities for sports physical education in China as the survey subjects,and specifically conducts questionnaire surveys.analysis.The findings are as follows:(1)The status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors in sports colleges in China:Physical education students have a good understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship and have a greater interest;in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship,most sports majors have had the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship and are willing to try,and gender,grade,specialty,and regional culture innovate for sports majors.Entrepreneurial consciousness has influence;in terms of innovation and entrepreneurial motivation,although everyone's motivation for innovation and entrepreneurship is not the same,the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship is relatively high;in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship,despite the students' ideas for innovation and entrepreneurship They differ from each other,but their diversified choices reflect a rational performance in the face of changing society and the era of rapid development.In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship,most sports majors have carefully considered the choice of innovation and entrepreneurship.Choices will not be easily blindly and impulsively chosen;from the perspective of support,government policy support,school education support,social funds and service support,and family support all have certain results for the innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors,but at the same time Certain problems.(2)The cause of the status quo of the innovation and entrepreneurship of the undergraduates majoring in physical education at the Ph.D.As far as social factors are concerned,the pressure of employment is forcing college students of sports majors to choose innovation and entrepreneurship;tilting of policy orientation(policy guidance,taxation,industry and commerce,information services,etc.)is favorable to the innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduate sports majors,but the system is imperfect and the division of labor is not.Clear issues,etc.;corporate funds,technology,information,and other support to innovation and entrepreneurship sports professional college students,but there is little capital investment,technical guidance is not clear,information is not timely and other issues.As far as colleges and universities are concerned,the orientation of universities,the setting of curriculum,the construction of teachers,and the construction of infrastructure all have a certain influence on the innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors.As far as family and personal influence factors are concerned,family economic conditions are good or bad,family preference,the individual concept and comprehensive quality of physical education students all have a certain influence on innovation and entrepreneurship of sports majors.(3)Strategies and Suggestions for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development of College Students Majoring in Physical Education in Doctoral Programs of Physical Education in China:At the social level,policy support,financial support,and propaganda should be strengthened to enhance innovation,entrepreneurship,material security,and information security.The school level should improve the education reform in colleges and universities,add innovation and entrepreneurship courses,optimize the structure of the teaching staff,and improve the construction of supporting facilities so as to improve the science,pertinence,education,and overall platform of entrepreneurship.At the family and individual level,it is necessary to understand the employment situation,understand the innovation and entrepreneurship of sports students,change the concept of employment,enhance the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of sports college students,grasp the entrepreneurial skills and enhance the entrepreneurial professionalism of sports students,and enhance the overall quality and enhance the competitiveness of sports college students.
