| Purpose of this study is to develop sports majors innovation in learning andfurther enrich from the people-oriented value system and sports a lifetime of thinking,improve theoretical research; through research are discussed as well as a wide rangeof teaching methods and college sports in teaching self-innovation and learningability, build a good physical and mental health, while establishing many goodinterpersonal contact, such as mutual learning, to promote sports majors frompassive acceptance expertise to turn autonomy to plan learning goals; learningthrough innovation research, so that students recognize the importance of a morerefreshing people-oriented sporting values, physical exercise also play brought thework later in life, thereby strengthening innovation PE Majors importance of lifelonglearning. In this study, the use of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis,systems analysis, professional and college sports learn the basic theory of innovationresearch, innovation through the development of physical education teachingprograms, innovation and Physical Education Process Control personalized sportsteaching innovation culture and other aspects of detailed analysis and discussion.Have access to a conclusion:(1)Existence of Sports Majors’ independent learning in low self-efficacy, poorself-reflection and time management ability weak awareness of other defects, as wellas utilitarian innovation have an adverse effect on learning with the development ofsports majors.(2) Contemporary National College of Physical Education Majors ininnovation learning mechanism is not perfect, not people-oriented values of sport willbe better to use sports majors innovation in learning and development, while notperfect manifestation of sports majors achieve innovation learning individual sportingvalues.(3)Through the study of sports majors innovation learning, reflecting thestudents understand the importance of people-oriented sports values to notcomprehensive enough, and sports majors for innovation learning characteristics, understanding the structure and function is not clear enough, and did not put peoplefirst further unify and improve the system of values and ideas lifelong sports.(4)Discussed a wide range of sports in teaching and research teachingmethods, there is no organic learning ability of independent innovation and sports,college sports consciousness exercise, build a good physical and mental health andother aspects of contact, but did not play to let the professional sports majorsPhysical exercise brought to life after work, thus making the effective exercise life,slow the development of lifelongSuggestions:(1)Strengthen theoretical study of independent study, and to learn to developteaching, change the traditional teaching methods in order to more effectively developsports majors learning ability of independent innovation, thus enhancing self-efficacy,self-reflection capabilities, and time management awareness.(2)Should be updated concepts of education, innovation and the desire tostimulate students’ independent from the main impart knowledge and skills obtainedfrom Physical Education to emphasize lifelong physical learning ability, the ability tocreate personal sporting values and viability.(3)To round development of students as the goal, the transformation of thestudents ’ideas, knowledge, skills deviation on the development of students’intellectual and spiritual potential, is to guide students to constantly surpassthemselves, and thus establish the correct values of sport.(4)Strengthen the teaching, research and management innovation strategy anddecision-making, be interdisciplinary, project design, resource integration, allocationof talent research, organized, planned to promote independent innovation anddevelopment.
