Analysis Of The Plight Of Social Work Institutions Involved In Unit-type Communities

The author and his team are involved in the L university community as an independent social work organization,and take the community pension service as the starting point,but they have encountered a lot of difficulties.After an overview of the difficulties encountered by institutions involved in unit communities,combined with the measures taken by the team to break through these difficulties,this paper analyzes and discusses the possibility of different types of social work institutions to overcome these obstacles.This paper studies the difficulties encountered by social work institutions involved in unit communities,and explores the root causes.At the same time,the author makes use of the professional and team advantages of linked resources to explore the feasibility of social work institutions involved in unit communities.Avoid unit communities becoming gaps for social workers.With the help of their own advantages,institutions intervene in the L university community and explore the practical work of social work in the unit community of colleges and universities.On the one hand,they use scientific procedures to meet some of the actual needs of the unit community.On the other hand,it also provides a platform for the practical teaching of social work.The teams with resource advantages have encountered all kinds of difficulties in getting involved in the L university community as social work institutions,and the problems faced by other types of social work institutions are more difficult.The reason why it is difficult for social work institutions to intervene in the unit community is,in the final analysis,the obstacle of the unit community system.If social work institutions are allowed to intervene in unit communities no longer encounter difficulties,it is necessary to solve the problem of institutional structure.
