The Coordination Research Of Labor Quality And Technical Level In China

Thirty years after reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid growth and create a "Chinese miracle" in the world.People's living standards have been greatly improved,and Chinese industrial structure has gradually become optimized.But the traditional extensive economic growth mode has got into trouble.Lots of bad phenomenon began to appear,such as a waste of resources,environmental pollution and a series of problems.we must change the mode of economic development,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and guarantee high-quality development.The transformation of economic development mode mainly refers to relying on increasing the consumption of material resources to rely mainly on scientific and technological progress,the improvement of the quality of workers,and management innovation.This paper was aimed to explore the coordination and promotion path between laborer quality and production technology.Based on the analysis result of interaction mechanism,we took 31 provincial administrative regions of China as the research objects,measured the coordination development degree of laborer quality and production technology by provinces and carried out empirical research on the interaction between the two and the influencing factors of coordination.Mechanism analysis indicated the existing of internal interaction between laborer quality and production technology,a positive impact would form a virtuous circle while negative impact would form a vicious circle result.Empirical research demonstrated that the coordination development degree of laborer quality and production technology in China was not high,mainly attributed to the inadequate of the management innovation,capability of independent innovation,educational investment and technological value.Consequently,increasing the management innovation,enhancing the innovative ability and improving vocational education level to promote the coordination of the laborer quality and production technology were of great importance to realize the economic sustained rapid and healthy development goals.The significance of the research in this paper lies in theoretically expanding the mechanism of the interaction between the quality of laborers and the production technology in the existing research,which has theoretical guidance for smoothly promoting the transformation of economic development methods and then achievinghigh quality development.In practice,it is a concrete exploration of the transformation of the economic development mode.The research results will provide guidance for solving problems such as employment in our country,lack of innovation,and unbalanced regional development.It is of great practical significance.The innovation of this article mainly lies in the introduction of a coordinated analysis between the quality of laborers and the production technology from the perspective of research;in the research method,the quality of laborers and production technology are put into the same research framework,and analyses the mechanism of the coordination relationship between variables;in the research content,it includes the empirical study of the interaction between laborer quality and production technology,and a comparative analysis of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the "Belt and Road Initiative" provinces.
