Study On Coupling Coordination Between Vocational Education And High Quality Economic Development In Shandong Province

Caring for,ensuring and improving people’s living standards has always been the primary task of the Chinese Communist Party and the administration.To achieve this goal,close attention must be paid to the issues that matter most to the people.Vocational education is such a problem.It is closely related to economic development,and is also one of the hot topics widely discussed today.Considering the high-quality development background of the country,analyzing the coupling and coordination between higher vocational education and economic development is helpful to promote the connotative high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era.According to the analysis of the relevant research literature,it is of certain value to deeply study the coupling relationship between Shandong higher vocational education and the high-quality development of regional economy.In this study,from the perspective of high quality development and based on the circumstances of higher vocational education and regional economic development,we construct a system for Shandong higher vocational education and high quality development which consists of six secondary indexes including the scale of higher vocational education,higher vocational education quality,scientific research innovation ability,economic structure,economic scale,the quality of life.With the help of EXCEL and SPSSAU,normalized dimension processing and EXCEL forward index data standardization formula are used in this work to process each index data,and then entropy value,weight,coupling degree,coupling coordination degree are calculated.Next,coupling and empirical analysis is conducted with the high-quality development of higher vocational education and economic economy in Shandong province and various districts and cities.Finally,we concluded that giving priority to promoting higher vocational education will accelerate the regional economic development.The coupling and coordination relationship between Shandong higher vocational education and regional economic development is in high quality,and their coupling and coordination levels climb continuously and slowly,maintaining a relatively stable trend.However,none of the 16 cities in Shandong province has reached the stage of excellent coupled development,and even some cities have mild imbalance or are on the verge of imbalance.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,including improving the balanced development of higher vocational education and high quality in all districts and cities in Shandong,establishing policies for supporting higher vocational education among cities;Optimizing the allocation of higher vocational education resources among cities;Adjusing the economic structure of the corresponding cities to support the development of the local higher vocational education,promoting the cooperation between urban higher vocational schools and enterprises,establishing mutual assistance and win-win policies,establishing a long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism;Promoting the successful cases of school-enterprise cooperation,enhancing the mutual trust and cooperation willingness between enterprises and universities,promoting the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation,and encouraging benign interaction between higher vocational education and regional economy.
