In the digital age,individuals and information are inseparable.On the one hand,we enjoy the dividend of the information,on the other hand,we also produce negative emotions for various reasons,such as distress,irritability,tension,fear,anxiety,and so on,which are called information anxiety.As an important group of Internet applications,information are more closely related to their life,learning.Information anxiety affects the acquisition and use of required information and knowledge by undergraduates.Its normal learning,life and interpersonal interactionUndergraduates use information and communication equipment such as mobile phones,computers,and tablets to generate information anxiety during information retrieval,information utilization,information acquisition,and other information activities.Information anxiety affects the students' acquisition and use of required information,and affects their regular learning,life and interpersonal communication.Continued tension,uneasiness,anxiety and other emotions will even delay and impede their decision making.Therefore,the in-depth exploration of the causes of undergraduates' information anxiety can provide practical evidence support and theoretical reference for the information literacy education of undergraduates and the practice and theory of university library services.The main content of this article includes the following parts: the first chapter introduces the research background,significance,content,main concept definition,research methods and innovation;the second chapter is the review of related research literature;the third chapter is an empirical study on the influencing factors of undergraduates' information anxiety,and the undergraduates' letter is obtained by field interview and grounded theory.The influence factors of interest anxiety;in the fourth chapter,the colleges of Henan province are taken as an example to study the performance characteristics of the undergraduates' information anxiety;the fifth chapter puts forward the pertinent resolution countermeasures;the sixth chapter is the discussion and summary.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the influencing factors of undergraduates' information anxiety are divided into two categories of information environment and information users,including 6 categories of main categories and 25 corresponding categories;(2)through the comparison and analysis of the mean value of 25 categories of information anxiety of undergraduates,fifteen categories are found to have the most significant impact on undergraduates' information anxiety: Data update,professional knowledge,software system design,information task requirements,foreign language ability,information retrieval efficiency,and so on.(3)through the comparison and analysis of the mean value of 6 main categories of the influence factors of undergraduates' information anxiety,three categories of the most significant effects on the university students' information anxiety are obtained: knowledge structure,software system,and letter The information anxiety difference analysis of undergraduates shows that there is no significant difference in the degree of information anxiety between different grades and students in different categories of information anxiety,while the degree of information anxiety of students in different sexes is obviously poor in the main category of information subject,software system and the main category of knowledge structure.The degree of information anxiety of girls in these three main categories is significantly higher than that of boys.
