Research On "Xing Tai Mode" Of Vocational Education

Since the generation of vocational education in our country,it has been influenced by the mode of vocational education abroad and the mode of our basic education.Copying and imitating the experience of other counties and over-reliance on basic education mode have made China's vocational education unsatisfied in the early stages of development and marginalized.Therefore,it has been continuously explored for constructing the localized vocational education mode in China.At the end of the 20 th century,Xingtai Vocational and Technical College undertook the task of the original National Education Commission's higher vocational and technical education pilot project,explored the development path of higher vocational and technical education suiting to China's national conditions,and became the first higher vocational college named “higher vocational and technical college” in China.In the process,"Xingtai mode" of vocational education was formed.This paper takes the theory of indigenous innovation,localization,regional economic development and cooperative education as the theoretical basis,analyzes the evolution,connotation and implementation guarantee of “Xingtai Mode”through literature analysis and case study methods,explores the essential features of the construction of the local mode of vocational education and proposes some optimized strategies.The in-depth study of “Xingtai mode” of vocational education has important enlightenment and reference for the construction of localized and regionalized vocational education mode for vocational colleges in Hebei Province and Xingtai Vocational and Technical College,as well as vocational colleges that are in economically underdeveloped areas and have tight fund for running schools.Based on it,this paper mainly discusses the following aspects:Chapter one Introduction.This chapter includes the reasons of topic selection,research significance,research status at home and abroad,concept definition,theoretical basis,research methods and innovation.Chapter two The evolution and attribution of vocational education "Xingtai Mode".This chapter combs the course of vocational education of “Xingtai Mode” from being explored to being continuous improved,and analyzes the evolutionary causes of the vocational education “Xingtai Mode” in terms of politics,economy and culture.Chapter three The connotation and comparison of vocational education "Xingtai mode".This chapter analyzes the connotation of vocational education "Xingtai mode" from the aspects of talents training mode,running schools mode,moral education mode,and management mode and compares with other modes.Chapter four The foundation and guarantee of realization of vocational education "Xingtai mode".This chapter analyzes of the foundation and guarantee of realization of vocational education "Xingtai mode" from the macro,middle,and micro levels,provides a practice mode and path for vocational colleges for a local vocational education mode.Chapter five The optimized strategies and suggestions of vocational education "Xingtai mode".This chapter gives some optimized principles,systems and paths for making vocational education "Xingtai mode" achieve long-term development.Conclusion Summarize the paper and raise three points concerned in the course of localization of vocational education: The long-term,complexity and regional of local mode of vocational education.
