Under the background of the continuous development of students'"sunshine sports”,the trend of decline in the physical fitness of college students continues,and college sports are facing severe challenges.College physical education class is the most direct and concrete way for students to receive physical education,including their sports values,methods and attitudes will be greatly affected by physical education classes.Therefore,in the final stage of college sports of students,it is very important to be able to do a good physical education class.Study the attitude of college students in physical education classes,understand their values,motivations,and behavioral responses to college physical education classes,and identify the influencing factors.This is to stimulate and mobilize the main emotions of students so that they can better do physical education.To achieve good learning results will play a positive role.Therefore,this paper analyzes the relationship between college students' attitudes towards physical education and learning effectiveness to understand the impact of undergraduate sports class attitude and learning effectiveness.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the differences between college students' attitudes and learning effectiveness in different levels of physical education through the mastery of the status quo of undergraduates' attitudes and learning effects in physical education;and to further explore the relationship between college students' attitudes towards physical education and learning effectiveness..In the study,questionnaires were used to collect the required information.The questionnaire included personal basic information,sports attitude scale and learning effectiveness scale.Taking Yanbian University freshman and sophomore students as the survey subjects,a stratified sampling method was used to conduct the questionnaire survey.According to the actual data obtained,descriptive statistical analysis,T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods.The results of the study found that Yanbian University has a good overall attitude in students' physical education courses,and physical education classes have achieved good results as a whole.In terms of sports attitudes,there are differences in attitudes among different genders,grades,and majors in physical education.The average score of male college students is slightly higher than that of female college students.Among them,different professional college students have significant differences in sports attitude,sports emotion and sports behavior.difference.In terms of learning effectiveness,college students of different majors have significant differences in the dimensions of learning effectiveness.There is no significant difference in learning effectiveness between different genders and grades.Through the correlation analysis of the attitudes and learning effectiveness of physical education classes and the results of linear regression analysis,it can be inferred that there is a significant positive correlation between college students' attitudes towards physical education and learning effectiveness.The higher the attitude of college students in physical education,the higher the learning effectiveness;Low,the lower the learning effectiveness.Physical education attitude can effectively predict the effectiveness of physical education learning.
