Social workers are the core force of community work and have important advantages in coordinating community relations,preventing and resolving community conflicts,improving the living standards of residents,and maintaining community stability.However,due to the massive loss of talents in community social workers,community work can not work properly,the cost of human resources is lost,the trust of community work teams is reduced,and the intangible assets of the community are lost.In this paper,through the investigation of community workers in N communities in Xi’an,a comprehensive use of literature analysis methods,interviews,and questionnaire surveys and other social survey methods to understand in depth the current situation of brain drain of community workers,combined with the interview content and questionnaire data statistics and analysis It is found that there is a problem of the lack of awareness of social workers,the low professional competence and level of community social workers,low salary and salary,and unreasonable job placement.On this basis,the reasons for the formation of these problems have been found: the incentive assessment system is not perfect,administrative color is strong,government dependence is strong,and the talent management mechanism of community workers is not perfect.At the same time,the author combines the three major modes of community work to learn more about the brain drain of social workers through the use of experience in developed regions.And try to put forward solutions to the problem of brain drain of social workers and suggestions.The author believes that to solve the problem of the brain drain of community social workers in Xi’an,we must improve the incentive mechanism for social workers,increase residents’ understanding of community workers,improve the personnel training mechanism,improve the community’s job setting,and absorb the society through multiple channels.Worker talent.Only in this way can a team of social workers be able to develop soundly,and thus promote the sustainable development of the community and society.
