Social work originated from the western country,it is started late and developed in low level in China,it has not yet formed a complete system.Social work professional education began since the 1990s in China,many scholars and social work practitioners who have been still on the stage of learning and exploration,is committed to promoting the localization of social work and specialization.There is no doubt that the development of social work is the inevitable requirement of the trend of social development,but its development is not smooth,there is still a long way to go.The development of various industries can't depart-from the support of professional talents,on the one hand,with the development of education,talent reserves increase gradually,but at the same time,many industries still exist the problem of shortage of professional talents;On the other hand,the loss of qualified teachers in professional brought a heavy blow to the development of industry,especially the phenomenon in the social work profession.Once it has a huge loss of social work professionals,social work will be devastating blow,so how to keep social work professionals become the top priority of the social work profession development.The phenomenon of brain drain is not an accident of the social work profession and has been spreading across the country.Taking hefei city as an example,firstly,through combing research literature at home and abroad to understand the current social work basic situation and the research status quo of brain drain from the macro;Then carding the overall development status of the social work profession in hefei,and analyzes the social working talent demand characteristics in hefei and to make a brief overview of hefei government purchasing public service condition.Through to inquiring the head of the social work agency,on-the-job social workers,departure of social workers,the graduates major in social work and other relevant personnel,found that the brain drain of social work in hefei's performance mainly in the following two aspects:one is many people from the Less developed central city like hefei to the social work profession development relatively developed in Beijing,Shanghai,shenzhen,guangzhou and other places,the second is completely leave social work profession and switch to other industries.Secondly,according to the analysis of the influence of brain drain of social work in hefei,including the influence of specialization of social work service supply,hinder the sustainable development of the non-governmental social work institutions,restricting the development of social work education as well as to the personal professional self accumulation and growth.Again,in view of the current situation of brain drain in hefei social work reason analysis,it points out that the social work profession legal policy guarantee mechanism is not sound may be the important cause leading to the social work profession halt;The regional difference of economic development also caused the social work profession development imbalance between regions;Social work talent structure is not reasonable to some extent also lead to brain drain of social work;Internal management shortcomings social work institutions and practitioners other people not realistic self-image is the cause of brain drain of social work.Finally,in view of the above problems from the macro,meso and micro level to explore alleviate the social work profession of hefei maneuverability countermeasures of brain drain,through perfecting social work policy guarantee mechanism to promote coordinated development of the social work profession and optimization of social work talent internal structure and promote the benign development of the social work organization,as well as to the social work for accurate positioning and enhance social workers professional recognitioa for many social workers make good stable employment environment,there also promote the prosperity of the industry of social work and make it go to the professionalization and specialization's road.
