Nowadays, China’s social and economic rapid development, significant social benefits at the same time, also emerged many social contradictions. The public social needs be complicated and diversified, the traditional social services have been unable to meet the increasing social demand, social work services arises at the historic moment, play an effective role in order to solve the existing social problems. Shenzhen city by the rapid development of social work as a whole, social work institutions grow rapidly, prompting the social work profession is substantial warming on talented person’s demand, the government and social work organizations are trying to cultivate talents, retain staff, but in recent years, social work agency is social worker erosion serious problem, and gradually become a problem is common in the industry, restricts the social work profession development. Social workers is the strong support of the development of social work profession, is to promote the core elements of the social stability. Perfect the related social policy, show the urgency to reduce social worker erosion problems. For the construction of the system of our country is in a period, despite the formation of local policy, but the policy of peripheral are not mature or perfect. Therefore, the key to the development of social work in the future is to promote the social policy in the field of macro planning, medium and micro layout implementation. So, the researchers hope to through the research on the phenomenon of social workers to drain, explore the feasible countermeasures to solve the problem of social workers to lose.This study to social institutions in Shenzhen as the research object, through to Longgang District and the district is typical of a, B two social institutions to carry out survey questionnaires and interviews, through questionnaires and interviews to get the first hand data, summed up the characteristics of the social brain drain.
