Along with the social transformation is accelerated, the people more and more high demandfor social services, continuously push forward the development of social work at all levels of thegovernment. Especially in the eastern region, a large number of non-governmental social workinstitutions arises at the historic moment, the preliminary formation of non-governmentalinstitutions of social workers team. Social workers are social work agencies and social workprograms the most precious resources. Due to the social work profession in the rise stage, suchexcessive brain drain leads to non-governmental institutions of social work developmentdifficulties, is not conducive to the long-term development of social work.The current social work talent team construction is not only to attract and develop talents, butalso attention to the problem of brain drain, or when it become the social workers to thedevelopment of universal problems, the situation will be more complex. Therefore, reduce the lossof social workers to stabilize and expand social workers team, find a private club workers whichaccords with the situation of China to development, already is imminent. This paper attempts tostudy in reading, on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad, using the method ofliterature to study run by the local social workers in social work agencies to loss problem, thedesign of social work talents work willingness to (drain) questionnaire and case interview outline,adopt the method of sampling survey and the interview data obtaining firsthand. By using themethods of factor analysis method, the non-governmental social workers in social work agenciesto erosion is the main factor, and put forward countermeasures, in order to attract and retain socialworkers, promote social management and social service.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the preface. Mainly introduces theresearch background, practical significance research theory and the related definitions. The secondpart for social workers to loss theory and research are reviewed. This part first from classicaltheory model of brain drain, and then tease out from the existing literature about social workresearch view of brain drain. It is standing on the predecessors’ research results, to learn fromrelated field theory model, and good for research in this paper. The third part for social workers insocial work agencies to the present situation of the development and utilization. Mainly fromsocial workers to develop and make use of the status quo analysis, further analysis of inside andoutside of the system, region between the status quo of choose and employ persons, summarizesthe current main problems of social workers to develop and use, the bottleneck of the social worktalent development. The fourth part for social workers to erosion characteristics and the reasons.Mainly through the literature data and the results of the interview to analyze the characteristicsand the reasons of the loss of social workers. The fifth part for social workers in social workagencies to erosion typical authentication. Primarily designed questionnaire to survey, analysis,further evidence that the third and the fourth part of the existing problems and reasons andpractical for the newly found. The sixth part is run by the local social work institutions socialworkers to erosion problem solving countermeasures. According to previous analysis socialworkers to the development of the problems and the reasons of the loss of social workers to putforward for the government macroscopic talent development and retention strategy, a strategy for the organization put forward within your organization to avoid brain drain. The seventh part isconclusion. Includes a private social work institutions social workers to drain the basic conclusionand the deficiency in thesis.
