This study aims to provide a program framework to develop the reading summarize capacities at analysis level.The study includes three parts,what is reading summarize capacities,why it needs to develop reading summarize capacities,how to develop reading summarize capacities.This study based on Bloom's Taxonomy of educational objectives at analysis level in cognitive domain.Introduction: to state the research foundation.Part ? :to analyze the cognitive framework of reading ability by using Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives,and refine the elements of reading ability at analysis level.Part ?: to state four reading summarize capacities at analysis level.There are total four reading behaviors of reading summarize capacities.To classify,to select,to collect,to construct.Part ?: to develop a grades of each reading summarize capacities.Part ?: to introduce cases of how to develop reading summarize capacities in Chinese class.Conclusion: to summarize the innovations and shortcomings of this study.
