A Study On The Satisfaction Of The Spectators To The Security Of Beijing Super League

With the expansion of the scale of events,the risk of competitions is increasing.In order to ensure the normal organization of events,security deployment has become an important part of risk management.The audience of the Chinese Super League is not only a participant,but also the direct consumer of the security work.Therefore,this study selects the audience as the object of investigation and explores the security work of the Beijing competition area of the Chinese Super League from the perspective of the audience satisfaction.On the basis of some basic theories and scales in the study of satisfaction model both at home and abroad,and on the basis of the relevant provisions of the Football Association,a questionnaire on the satisfaction of security work in the Beijing competition area of China Super League is compiled,in order to understand the satisfaction degree of the field spectators on the security work in the Beijing competition area of the Chinese Super League.To explore the factors that influence the audience satisfaction,so as to provide a reference for improving the service quality of China Super League.The study shows that the majority of the spectators in the Beijing area of China Super League are male,with their ages ranging from 18 to 40,with college and undergraduate education level as the main level,and the proportion of staff in enterprises and institutions is larger.The audience has a certain fluidity and some audiences have high loyalty.The overall satisfaction evaluation of the security work in the Beijing area of China Super League is medium level.According to the law of decreasing the degree of influence,the influencing factors of the audience satisfaction evaluation are staff,security inspection,watch order,stadiums and hardware facilities and publicity and education.The audience pays special attention to the good attitude of the security staff,whether the exit is in a good order,whether the staff has the professional ability and the high quality of service.The audience assessed the satisfaction degree of the hardware facilities,propaganda and education of the Beijing super league matches,and the satisfaction degree of the security staff was low.The satisfaction evaluation of women to security inspection is lower than that of men;with the increase of age,the audience is more concerned about the order of watching the competition.The audience of the highly educated field is more inclusive,and the satisfaction evaluation is higher than the low degree audience,and the audience satisfaction of the high frequency spectators is slightly higher than that of the first time spectators.
