As the economy continues to develop,the proportion of middle-income groups is gradually expanding.Middle-income groups have become the transitional groups in alleviating the social conflicts between the rich and the poor.Sports is a positive factor for the development of female groups.In terms of female individuals,through participating in sports activities,one can acquire independence and independence from participation experience.For the entire female group,sports participation can challenge traditional ones.Gender roles thus promote the improvement of women's social status.However,in the women's sports participation process,the sports system and the gender system itself still have many restrictions and obstacles to women's participation in sports.Economic factors have also become one of the important factors that restrict women's participation in sports.Only those women who have really excluded these obstacles are women.The group can enjoy the greatest benefits of sports.This article takes the participation of middle-income women's sports group as the research object,and uses questionnaires to investigate the participation of middle-income women in sports participation,motivation for participation,and cognition of sports.The middle-income female group was selected as the research object,aiming at weakening the influence of economic income factors on sports participation and exploring the deeper limiting factors behind economic factors.After weakening the influence of the variable of economic income,the limiting factors of group sports participation of middle-income females mainly come from the gender division of labor at home.The results of the study show that the unbalanced gender division of labor at home and child-rearing factors have reduced the leisure time of married middle-income female groups,thus limiting their participation in sports;affected by the traditional gender division of labor,resulting in the perception of middle-income female groups in sports.Insufficiency,sports participation habits did not form.Promoting participation of middle-income female groups in sports not only contributes greatly to the physical and mental health of the middle-income female population,but also has a certain level of economic independence in middle-income female groups,and has the right to speak in the family,and female groups take primary care of the family.Responsibility plays a crucial role in nurturing the next generation.Promoting the participation of middle-income female groups in sports will help foster the next generation of sports participation awareness in family education.The career development lays a good foundation for education.The middle-income female group has played a very good role in the participation of female groups in sports.It also promotes the participation of female groups in sports,and also contributes to equal participation in gender participation in sports participation.To further promote the sports participation of middle-income women,we must first strengthen the cultivation of the sports consciousness of women groups to create the concept of life-long sports.At the same time,we must build diversified sports venues suitable for female groups to participate in,and create a family sports participation atmosphere so that women can In the process of sports participation,one can simultaneously take into account their own sports needs and family care responsibilities,and reduce the burden of sports participation caused by gender division of labor at home.
