The Social Work’s Intervention In The Feasibility Study Of Accurately Identifying Low-income Groups

Accurate poverty alleviation is an important strategic deployment in line with the current situation of China’s complex poverty alleviation.Accurate identification is the basis and prerequisite for the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.Only truly accurate identification,can ensure the smooth development of precision poverty,can give limited poverty alleviation materials to the most needed subsistence allowances,can alleviate the various social contradictions and maintain social harmony and stability.At present,professional social work has made great achievements in many areas,guaranteeing that the community covers all areas of social work service,there are also a variety of problems and needs.Social work involved in the precise identification of the target work,with a unique professional advantage.I worked in Beijing Y Social Work Office for three months,mainly engaged in Beijing N district accurate identification of subsistence allowances groups work.The object of this paper is the author of the insured during the internship,a total of 79 families,151 subsistence allowances groups.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,field research and semi-structured interviews to carry out data collection and in-depth and detailed study on the work of precision identification of subsistence allowances groups.This paper explores the feasibility of social work involved in the accurate identification of low-income groups by analyzing the Social work organization,the concrete practice process,the actual case and the effect of the social work involved in the N district of Beijing to identify the low-income groups model.At the same time,according to the practice of the author also reflect the social work involved in the Beijing N district accurate identification of low security object.At last,the author tries to explore the path of optimizing the social work to accurately identify the low-income groups based on the model and the reflection of the object of the minimal assurance object in Beijing N region.
