Beijing's Large-scale Walking Activities On Social Sports Organization Mechanism Case Study Of Innovation Impact

China's sports system and mechanism was formed during the planned economy period.With the transformation of society,this institutional mechanism needs to be reformed.The essence of its reform is to turn the old management mechanism of the government's single main body sports into a new governance mechanism for the government and the society and the market to operate sports together.Therefore,the cultivation and development of social sports organizations is of great significance.The reform of the old political and social divisions is highly dependent on the government's social sports organizations,so that it can play its due role and it needs to innovate its organizational mechanisms.This kind of innovation is not on paper,but it is necessary to rely on practice to gradually explore social sports organizations that are in line with China's national conditions in solving practical problems.Large-scale walk involve a full range of cooperation between the government and social sports organizations,thus providing a practical platform for the innovation of social sports organization mechanisms.By studying the organizational status of this activity,we can clearly and truly see the necessity and existing problems of the innovation of social sports organization mechanism in China.This article takes a large-scale walking event conducted by the Beijing walking Association as a case,and takes the interactive relationship between Beijing's large-scale Walking activity and its social sports organization mechanism as the research object,and adopts participation survey method,case investigation method,literature data method,comparative research method,Interviews and other research methods to study the active role played by participants in the process of institutional innovation in social sports organizations.At the same time,identify problems and analyze the focus of continuing reforms.The reform of sports organization mechanism innovation provides practical references and explores a social sports organization with Chinese characteristics in line with China's national conditions.This study believes that large-scale sports activities,as a power source for the reform and innovation of social sports organization mechanisms,have the following impacts on the social sports organization mechanisms: 1.The development needs of large-scale sports activities continuously promote the strategic synergy among different entities,and accelerate the development of supply bodies.2.Using sports social organizations as a link,promoted the integration of complementary resources between main bodies and innovative public sports service resources;3.Constant changes in the demand factors of large-scale sports activities required government,market,and society to reconstruct and optimize the relationship.The main body of the organization mechanism;4,large-scale changes in the demand factors of sports activities requires the government,the market,the society to reconstruct the relationship,optimize the organization of different subjects.
