Research On The Social Embedded Mechanism Of Sports Social Organization

In recent years,social organizations have played an increasingly important role in public affairs,and the development of social organizations has been attached great importance.In particular,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the " Decision" clearly pointed out that " suitable for social services provided by the social services and solutions to the social organization to undertake,to promote the conditions of institutions to enterprises or social organizations," established the social organization in the national governance system in the important status.In the context of the modernization of the state governance system,the pattern of relations between the state and society will undergo unprecedented changes.As the natural subject of sports public service supply,the government has been unable to effectively meet the public demand for the diversification and heterogeneity of sports public services.In this situation,the role of sports social organizations in the supply of sports public services is particularly important.Sports social organization is to promote the development of sports an important factor,is an important body of sports reform and sports governance.In this paper,the sports association as the research object,the use of literature analysis,statistical analysis and other research methods from the perspective of social embedded mechanism to explore the specific completion of the following research:First,it expounds the connotation and content of social embedding in sports social organizations and discusses the social embedded mechanism theory of sports social organizations,forming the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,using the SocSciBot data and the factor analysis in statistical analysis from the perspective of hyperlinks,this paper reveals the relationship embedded features,structural embedded features and institutional embedded features of sports social organizations in China.Thirdly,the correlation analysis and linear regression analysis in statistical analysis are used to explore the relationship between sports social organization relationship embedding mechanism,structure embedding mechanism,and system embedding mechanism;Fourth,put forward proposals to optimize the social embedded mechanism of sportssocial organizations.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Relational embedding facilitates the accumulation of social capital in sports social organizations,helps to increase their influence on the network,and is conducive to the optimization of structural embedding;(2)Institutional embedding,technology rule embedding,and consumer community embedding(3)Institutional embedding of sports social organizations has nothing to do with structural embedding.Structural embedding of sports social organizations is negatively related to rules and technical rules,and positively related to organizational rules and relationship embedding;(4)Sports The institutional embedding of social organizations is related to the embedding of relationships,and the embedding of sports social organization relationships is negatively related to organizational rules and technical rules,and is positively related to the rules system and structural embedding;(5)The relationship embedding of China's sports associations is positively related to social embedded performance.Embedding is negatively related to social embedded performance.The embedding of sports social organization and structural embedding play an intermediary role in the impact of institutional embedding on social embedded performance.
