Objective: This study through the explosive force of core stability and core single action hastily on subjects before and after the core maximum power of three indicators of the test,explore Pigua-Quan single action mode influence on hastily core strength,so as to provide new ideas and methods of core strength training,and promote the promotion and dissemination of the traditional martial arts.Research methods: the selection of Wushu and 11 students of grade 15 in Beijing Sport University College of education as the experimental object,the experimental intervention Pigua-Quan single hastily action for a period of 12 weeks,2 times weekly exercises,each exercise 1 hours;select 3 core strength evaluation index,index of contrast they were tested before and after analysis,pigua boxing single action mode of impact hastily core strength,comprehensive interpretation effect of Pigua-Quan single hastily acting mode on the core area of the human body.Results:(1)during the 6 weeks of single hastily after training,core stability test results of the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),in 12 weeks after training,group showed significant difference with the control test results of core stability experiment group(P<0.01).(2)through the 6 week training single hastily,the core of the experimental group and the control group there was a significant difference between the explosive force(P<0.01),the experimental group pre-test and post test,and the test also showed a significant difference(P<0.01).(3)after 12 weeks of training,the left flexion strength of the experimental group increased by 9.5%,the right side flexion strength increased by 16.2%,the left circumgyrating power increased by 13.3%,the right whirling force increased by 54.4%,the back stretch strength increased by 32.8%,and the back flexion strength increased by 23.7%.But there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The conclusions are as follows:1.Pigua-Quan hastily single action training can effectively improve the stability of the core,in 6 weeks the single hastily after training,core stability test results of the experimental group and the control group had no obvious difference,in 12 weeks after training,core stability test scores of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the control group showed the obvious difference,that short time Pigua-Quan single hastily exercises for increasing the stability of the core effect is not obvious,one can make the long time practice hastily core stability was improved.2.Pigua-Quan single hastily training can effectively improve the core power.By 6 weeks the single hastily training,its explosive force is significantly improved after 6 weeks,there is still a lot,but compared to the previous 6 weeks of training,progress slowed down;oblique side of the body muscles such as the explosive force with practice time,has maintained a steady growth.Therefore,single action hanging boxing hastily short time splitting exercise can significantly improve the core power.3.single hanging boxing training hastily have certain effect to improve the strength of the core area of the largest.The results of the maximum strength test in the core area of the experimental group and the control group were all improved,but both were not obvious,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.
