Research On The Management System Innovation Of Beijing Marathon

At the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the guiding ideology of comprehensively deepening reforms was put forward.Along with this,the State Council has upgraded the national fitness program into a national strategy and supported the sports industry as a green industry and a sunrise industry.Immediately afterwards,the Central Office and the General Office of the State Council issued the “ Overall Plan for the Uncoupling of Trade Association Chambers of Commerce and Administrative Institutions” and included the National Individual Sports Association Plan in the scope of this reform.Against this backdrop,the sports field in China has created a boom in deepening the reform of the management system.The Beijing Marathon is also among them.However,the current reform measures did not really touch the essence of Beijing Marathon event management.The current Beijing Marathon event management system still has the imprint of the management system under the planned economy and is incompatible with the market economy system.This has seriously affected the long-term development of the Beijing Marathon.In the past,the research on the Beijing Marathon was all about the competition's operation itself,and there were few studies on the competition management system.This is very limited in providing suggestions for the development of the Beijing Marathon.Therefore,based on the above two points,this article will study the innovation of the Beijing Marathon event management system.Through the methods of literature,interview,observation,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this study analyzes the status quo of the marathon event management system in Beijing.Find out the main problems in the management system of the event and the influencing factors of the innovation of the management system of the Beijing Marathon,and conduct in-depth analysis.Based on the new public management theory and institutional evolution-path dependence theory,this study provides innovation goals,directions,and measures for the Beijing marathon event management system innovation.This study draws the following conclusions and recommendations: First,the research is based on the research content of the predecessors,and there is little research on the event management system and innovation.This makes the internal research of the Beijing Marathon event incoherent,so we should raise awareness of it from the understanding.Resonate with various scholars.Secondly,the current competition management system mainly involves issues such as overlapping functions of competition management,chaotic management,long time-consuming process of competition approval,and immature marketization of competitions.Therefore,it is necessary to see their basic relationship through problems and correctly handle the relationship between them.Third,the current Beijing Marathon event management system has not been adapted to the development of the Beijing Marathon itself.Therefore,follow the development rules of the Beijing Marathon itself and promote the innovation of the event management system.Fourthly,the innovation of the event management system is restricted by factors such as politics,economy,society,and technology.Therefore,the analysis of its internal links and the identification of key points or points of integration will provide new ideas for the Beijing marathon event management system innovation.Fifth,innovations in the event management system are required to clarify the main body of the competition management system innovation,clarify the management boundary,accelerate the reform and innovation of the competition examination and approval system,improve the market system,and improve the competition management and supervision mechanism.Therefore,we should pay attention to proceeding from the whole,The principle of proceeding from reality,taking into account both efficiency and establishing partnerships.
