Research On Risk Management Of Beijing Marathon

As the world famous marathon event held in Beijing for 36 consecutive years,the marathon represents the highest level of marathon race management in China,but there are still some deficiencies in the process of risk management.Based on the riskmanagement of Beijing marathon as the research object,the project risk management theory,by using the method of literature,expert interviews,field survey method and mathematical statisticsmethod to risk management of the status quo of Beijing marathon and the main risk analysis.Through the classification of the risk types and the analysis of the risk factors,the risk of the Beijing marathon is comprehensivelyidentified.Usingthemethodofriskanalysis,theauthor tries to find out the main risks faced by Beijing marathon,and puts forward some effective countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows: 1 the risk factors leading to the Beijing marathon are the risk factors and the risk factors of the complexity of the organization and management.2 the main risks of the Beijing marathon are personnel risk,organizational risk,natural risk,business risk and political risk.In view of the above research,the author puts forward the following suggestions: it is necessary to further develop the technology and methods of risk management in the field of risk management.Provide reference for risk management of marathon event organizers.
