The development of today's athletic sports has set higher requirements for sports training.Facing faster,higher,and stronger Olympic goals,it requires not only scientific training methods but also scientific and effective recovery methods.The current research on the use of bicycles to relieve muscle fatigue is mostly based on basic research.Most of them are traditional recovery methods such as cycling and massage relaxation.Some studies on drafting are not systematic and scientific enough.Drafting is used as an effective method to relieve sports fatigue caused by exercise.Previous studies have only attached importance to the single effect of a certain drafting technique,and the drafting action does not completely fit with the specific exercise method,often leading to no exertion.The best effect of stretching.In this study,literature data,interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics were used to perform a combined drafting exercise for women athletes on short-range bicycles in the field.The self-control method was used to explore the ways in which exercise capacity and physiological and biochemical indicators were compared before and after experimental intervention.Effect of Combined Drafting on Muscle Fatigue Recovery of Short Distance Female Athletes on Field Bicycles.RESULTS: There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the maximum power of the 8s and the maximum power value of the athletes after the combination of stretching exercises in the 8s,and the maximum power value was increased by 1.56%;the blood lactate and muscle of the athletes in terms of physiological and biochemical indicators.There was significant difference between acid kinase,subjective feeling pain threshold and pre-intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the recovery of blood lactate and creatine kinase concentrations was faster than before intervention.The subjective sensory pain threshold was higher than before intervention.Analysis conclusion:1.Field cycling Short-distance items are dominated by the speed of physical fitness,exercise load,and high-intensity sports training are prone to muscle fatigue.2.Among the six different combinations of sequential drafting discussed in this study,the group that achieved the best results was the C group;the relatively poor group F.The static drafting is closely combined with the PNF drafting,especially the static drafting followed by the PNF drafting,the drafting effect is better.3.Through experiments,it is proved that the combination drafting plays a positive role in relieving muscle fatigue of women athletes after a short-range cycling program.
