In recent years,the physical quality of teenagers in China continues to decline,which has caused widespread concern in the society.School physical education plays an important role in improving the physical quality of young people.As one of the sports examination items,throwing solid ball needs to combine the body's strength with the body's coordination,make use of the coordinated development of the technical action and the strength,give full play to the body's initiative and develop the deep muscle and the small muscle group.In order to improve the control ability of students,so as to enhance the effect of physical quality.Based on the methods of literature and data analysis,mathematical statistics,observation,depth interview and diary method,this paper studies the educational action to improve the achievement of junior middle school students.Through the plan-action-observation and reflection,the practice scheme is continuously improved,so as to improve the achievement of the students ' actual goals and to summarize and reflect the action plan,the implementation process and the implementation results.The research shows that in order to improve the performance of solid ball in junior high school students,the technical action,core strength,independent training and psychological quality training can be added in the exercise scheme.Before the implementation of the project,we should make clear the purpose of the exercise and understand the principle of the method,and in the course of the implementation of the plan,we should compound the contents of the exercise,combine the items together,and practice scientifically and reasonably every day.Strengthening the study of the principle of practice method in practice is helpful for the practitioner to reflect on his own technical problems,and after the implementation of the exercise plan,he can reflect through the test results and the independent evaluation.
