The new round of curriculum reform is an important innovation in my country's education,especially basic education.In the reform,it is proposed to change "students to learn" to "students to learn" in terms of curriculum implementation,to stimulate students' interest and let students take the initiative.Participation,and the main purpose of goal setting theory is to fully motivate students' learning initiative through goal setting,promote mutual cooperation and autonomous learning ability among students,and ultimately improve students' learning effect and self-improvement ability,which is consistent with the curriculum reform.The purpose coincides,and it also has a very strong guiding significance for sports training.Using scientific research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,on the basis of referring to the literature on the goal setting theory and combining the existing experiments,the goal setting theory is introduced into the front throw solid.In the actual teaching of the ball project,the teaching effect under the theory of goal setting is explored,in order to overcome some of the deficiencies of traditional teaching methods and improve students' autonomous learning ability and academic performance.Through the research,we further enrich the theoretical research of goal setting theory and teaching method,and at the same time analyze the teaching effect of goal setting in the front throw medicine technique,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the research of teaching method reform in sports.Taking the 2020 students of the Middle School Affiliated to Northeast Normal University(Mingzhu Campus)as the experimental object,the application effect of the goal setting theory and teaching method in the teaching of the front throwing solid ball technique is the research object.Through the comparative analysis of experiments,it is found that:(1)Goal setting Teaching can effectively improve students' throwing performance and skill assessment level,and students' learning and training satisfaction is higher;(2)Goal setting teaching can improve students' positive emotional arousal during training,and can help students' attention,memory,and recognition.(3)Under the goal setting teaching mode,students' training status is better,and they are more active in self-efficacy,self-regulation,self-perception,emotional stress,etc.,and their mental fatigue and physical fatigue are The degree is low,can improve students' self-regulation and self-development strategies.The self-confidence of students is gradually established and improved;(4)Goal setting teaching can effectively improve students' expectations and promote the development of their learning drive.Based on the literature,experimental process,results and other information,the following suggestions are made:(1)Schools and teachers' teaching method changes should be based on seeking truth from facts;(2)Teachers should fully understand the requirements and content of teaching guidance materials and Use collective wisdom science to set goals;(3)Teachers need to clarify developmental evaluation systems or models when applying goal setting theory to promote students' ability to form self-feedback and self-regulation;(4)Schools should expand training and update old teachers' theories To improve the skills of new teachers.
