Since the new curriculum reform,cooperative learning has been widely valued by people.This kind of learning method plays an important role in cultivating students' team spirit and improving their learning efficiency.At present,the group cooperative learning is more developed outside of Xinjiang,and the results of this kind of research are concentrated in those area.However,by consulting the related literature,it was found that in southern Xinjiang,group cooperative learning was not commonly carried out among Uighur junior middle school students.The research of group cooperative learning in the course of national commonly-used language and orthography was not carried out enough.On the basis of related research in the past and combined with the teaching characteristics of national commonly-used language and orthography,this paper researched the group cooperative learning in the class of national commonly-used language and orthography in Uighur junior middle school in the city of Kashgar.The author sorts through the existing literature,with the questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation and case study as the methods of this research.And selected three representative ethnic junior schools in the city of kashgar,a total of 358 questionnaires were distributed and 340 valid questionnaires were collected,supplemented by interviews and classroom observation.A variety of research methods were used in common for the purpose of reflecting the situations about group cooperative learning in the class of national commonly-used lanugage and orthography among Uighur students in the city of kashgar as truly as possible.The survey found that most students supported the learning method of group cooprativelearning,teachers also used this method to start teaching,but there were also shortcomings,for example,the way of grouping was too single,division of responsibilities in groups was not clear,students need to strengthen their skills of cooperative learning,the openness of contents in group cooperative learning need to be improved,the group cooperation learning's results valuation mechanism need to be perfected.You can find the reasons for the above problems from further attribution analysis.Firstly,the dominant position was not fully reflected.Secondly,teachers ignored the ontological value of group cooperative learning.Thirdly,teachers need to further explore the cultural connotation of the text.Fourth,students need to strengthen their awareness and ability to communicate in national language.In response to the problems above,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions and counter measures,for explicit issues,for example,teachers should arrange for grouping flexibly,pay attention to the implementation of responsibility within the group,rotate students' roles in the group regularly,enrich the learning content of group cooperative learning and increase opportunities for national commonly-used language and orthography's activities,emphasis on the teaching of social skills in cooperative learning,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of group cooperative learning.For deeper issues,the author proposes that teachers should update their teaching philosophy and respect the students' dominant position and value the groups' ontology value,more attention should be paid to excavating the cultural connotation contained in the text to promote the further development of students' thinking,students should strengthen their awareness and ability to communicate in national commonly-used language and orthography.This research can help teachers to pay attention to the current problems arised in Uighur junior middle school students' group cooperative learning in national commonly-used language and orthography class,and strengthen the cooperative learning guidance,cultivate students' sense of cooperation better,thus improve their learning efficiency.
