There are a lot of small businesses in China,these small enterprises play a more and more important role in the facilitating people's life,employment population,creation of social wealth,increasing national revenue,active market economy and is an important force to support China's economy sustained,rapid growth.The normal flow of employees will undoubtedly bring positive effects on the social economy,such as encouraging the competition of talents,increasing the vitality of enterprises,and promoting the rational allocation of human resources.But for start-up small enterprises,too frequent employee turnover will bring a lot of negative impact on the enterprise,and even directly affect the survival of the enterprise.At present,the research on employee turnover mainly focuses on economics,management and other fields.Research in the field of social work contributes to the solution of employee turnover.Based on the methods of in-depth interview,observation and literature analysis,this paper takes X company as an example,analyzes the reasons for the high turnover rate of employees in X company.On the basis of this,the intervention strategy of social work is put forward.Based on the analysis of the current situation and structural characteristics of employee turnover in X company,the main causes of employee turnover is summarized,which is unharmonious interpersonal relationships,high job stress,low salary,and lack of interest in work.Based on this,the social work practice is explored for staff,and the group and community activities are carried out.The goal is to reduce the rate of employee turnover,mainly by alleviating the psychological pressure of employees,improving employees' interpersonal relationships,enriching employees' amateur cultural life,enhancing employees' loyalty and sense of belonging to the enterprise,expanding the field of corporate social responsibility,increasing the welfare of the staff.Finally,through the evaluation of the effect of employees and groups on the group and community activities,social work can play a more obvious role in alleviating and intervening the high turnover rate of enterprise employees.Through the practice of social work intervention,this paper finally proposes measures to reduce the turnover rate of employees from the perspective of social work,including advocating the humanized management and implementing employee assistance programs.
