Normal flow of employees will undoubtedly bring positive impact to increase the vitality of enterprises, stimulate competition for talent, and promoting the rational allocation of human resources, socio-economic enterprises, too frequent staff turnover will give enterprises has brought a lot of negative impact, therefore, control the staff turnover rate is a very important thing.The goal of this research through interviews, questionnaires and literature research methods, analysis of the phenomenon of the high rate of employee turnover of private enterprises, to explore the reasons of the high rate of employee turnover, and from the point of view of social work on how to maintain a reasonable rate of employee turnover this issue recommendations, explore corporate Social work in what can do to help enterprises solve the problem of the high rate of employee turnover.In this paper, Quanzhou, the JY company employees for the survey, after the departure of the company employees of turnover intention research to understand today’s private enterprises generally high turnover rate linked phenomenon that Corporate Social work intervention necessary and corporate social work can be integrated into all aspects of professional social work values and methods of work, in order to alleviate the phenomenon of corporate turnover rate to promote the development of enterprise management humane.
