In recent years,primary and secondary school teachers' work engagement has not been high,teachers are under great pressure,teachers' professional well-being and satisfaction have been declining,and the phenomenon has greatly affected the quality of education and teaching.In response to this phenomenon,many researchers began to explore how to achieve the goal of improving the quality of teacher education from different perspectives.Among them,increasing the investment of teachers has become the perspective of many researchers.Therefore,primary and secondary schools need to improve the quality of teacher education and increase teachers' investment in work.First,we must understand the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' work engagement and evaluate the extent of teachers' work commitment.At the same time,the research on primary and secondary school teachers' work will deeply analyze the status and feelings of teachers in primary and secondary schools,improve the negative teaching of primary and secondary school teachers,and improve the positive feelings of primary and secondary school teachers in terms of work.This will not only help improve teachers' level of teaching and improve their living standards.It is also conducive to the growth of students' academic achievement.This paper mainly follows the general to specific research ideas.First of all,the index system and influence factors of primary and secondary school teacher work engagement are studied in general.By sorting out and summarizing work related literature,and based on this as a basis for constructing the theoretical framework of teachers' work engagement in primary and secondary schools,defining the connotation of primary and middle school teachers' work engagement,and on this basis,designing a reasonable and effective evaluation index system.After the establishment of the indicator system,it began to explore the factors that mainly affect the work engagement of teachers in primary and secondary schools,laying the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of primary and secondary school teachers' work engagement in the Jiangxi National Training Plan.Secondly,on the basis of the former research,a measurement scale “Status Quotation Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Work Engagement” for primary and secondary school teachers was developed,and 408 teachers participated in the “National Training Plan” in the second half of 2017 in Jiangxi Province.As a result,it has been found that the overall level of work engagement of first-line primary and secondary school teachers participating in the“National Training Plan” is relatively high,and there is no difference in variable gender,grade,education,teaching,annual income,and job status,but when teachers' annual income is low At 60,000 hours,teachers' work engagement is affected by the annual income.When the annual income is higher than 60,000,the teacher's work engagement is not affected by the annual income;and the variable teaching age,region,urban and rural areas,professional titles,marital status and honor status will affect the primary and secondary schools teachers' work engagement.Through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire and the results of the interviews,the students' learning enthusiasm,pay and benefits,work burden,job title structure,honor system,parental recognition,family conflicts,and social support were further analyzed.Invest in work,and use this as a basis to develop strategies for targeting.
