With the rise of positive psychology, work engagement,as one of its important branches, has gradually become the focus of research for scholars and practitioners in many fields such as psychology, management and organizational behavior in recent years. As the mother of education, the work input of primary and secondary school teachers will affect the effectiveness of teaching, the degree of completion of educational policy practice and the level of positive development of students' physiology and mental to a considerable extent. Therefore, improving the level of work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers is an important means and tool that relevant managers and researchers intend to improve the quality of school teaching and the overall state of education can not be ignored.Based on the previous achievements, this study will investigate 214 primary and secondary school teachers from 12 provinces and cities in China by using UWES scale, factor influence scale and influencing factor status scale. It will analyze whether their work involvement level is accompanied by the improvement of professional literacy, marital status and social status. At present, the law of fluctuation is in a certain stage.During the interview, most of the teachers think that their physical fitness is good when they are young, and the conflict between family and work is less. They put forward that unmarried, early youth and short teaching age are the periods of their highest level of work engagement.A considerable proportion of managers hold the same view that young teachers can pursue more honors and have more room for improvement, which may show work engagement. The state of being flat and higher. However,in the actual survey,it is found that the level of work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers in the early youth, short teaching age, unmarried, lower honorary titles and other stages is significantly lower than that of teachers in the late middle age, longer teaching age and married children. At this stage, some researchers will focus on middle-aged teachers to improve their work engagement, and think that the group has a strong sense of job burnout. But the fact is contrary to it.In the early stage, teachers will show a relatively low level of work engagement, while in the later stage, they will maintain a relatively high level of work engagement. This phenomenon may be due to the differences between individual's actual effort and performance feedback, inadequate professional level to meet the high-quality completion of teaching tasks, imperfect management system, unclear understanding of occupation, etc. In order to improve the level of work inputof primary and secondary school teachers,we must analyze the possible situation at different stages, and then prescribe the right remedy.Accordingly, this paper screens out 14 factors affecting teachers' work engagement, and uses exploratory factor analysis and other mathematical and physical analysis methods to delete the three factors and reduce them to four common factors:management atmosphere, performance feedback, job requirements and career pursuit. It explores the relationship between them and the overall and different stages of teachers' work engagement, and on this basis, puts forward to enhance teachers' work in primary and secondary schools.Make the countermeasure and suggestion of work engagement level.
