Layout Optimizing And Study On County Village At The Context Of New Countryside

The construction of socialist new rural is an old topic ever talked usually, at the same time is a new topic which is advancing and varying with the time. Master plan and specific deployment must be taken well and plan first for the construction of socialist new county. As the reasons of ignoring rural plan for long time, the theory of rural plan is serious lag and development of plan is slow. In present, plan direction is scarce, layout is messy, management is lag, and new house without new village or new village without new appearance are very prominent of the construction in the majority of rural areas.Village is the earliest civilization place as well as is the most primitive settlements of human. After several thousand years' development, some villages evaluated into cities gradually and more of them continued original culture expanded and evaluated naturally which has no change of layout.According to the research practice on village layout, this paper took Yongxing county as an example, analyzed the development strategy of village classification, the program of village administration division and the layout of center village were expounded. In this study, population and land were the clues throughout this study as well as two important factors. On the basis of general level of Yongxing county and practical needs of peasant masses, aim and mission were determined reasonably and village layout was manpower planed in this study, so that combine development of village and balance of ecology, then achieve sustainable development.There are five parts in this study: Part I is preface, in which background and significant of this topic, development of village layout at home and abroad, study methods and overall framework of this study and distinction of related concepts were expounded. In Part II, study basis was provided for village layout according to related theories and practical experience of village layout, and the problems of village layout were summarized and countermeasures for them were provided. In PartIII, current situation of village layout of Yongxing county was introduced. In PartIV, plan program was come on the basis of forecast and analysis of village development conditions. PartV is conclusion, in which implementation suggestion and deficiencies were proposed.
