In 2017,as the newly revised the ordinary high school curriculum standards(2017edition)",discussion of the language core literacy finally the dust settles,at this point,our country present stage of Chinese education theme from "three dimensional goal" to the "core literacy".At the same time,why to develop Chinese core literacy and how to develop the core literacy of the language has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this background,I investigate qinan one,middle school teachers and students,the results of the survey highlights a problem,namely: high school students nowadays Chinese core literacy,and training target level gap is big.This makes me reflect on how to use new ideas to stimulate students' learning potential,so as to achieve the effect of cultivating and improving the core quality of students' language,and the theory of self-determination has come into my view.With the development of psychology,especially the positive psychology movement in the United States since the 1990 s,psychological research on the positive aspects of human power and potential has become a trend of thought.As an important theory of positive psychology,self-determination theory is reflected in Chinese language learning and presents five types of students' motivation.Aiming at this problem,I designed a sufficient motivation types,aims to analyze learning motive and the intrinsic connection between the core literacy,finally it is concluded that high school students showed positive correlation between learning motivation and language core literacy levels.This paper starts with the self-determination theory,and proposes a strategy to improve the core literacy of high school students,including: the theory of organic integration has a positive effect on the student's autonomic structure,and the cognitive evaluation theory has a positive effect on the development and improvement of the student's mind,and the theory of causality has an effect on the student's aesthetic goals and autonomic directionality,and the basic psychological need theory constitutes the value of the student and the cultural identity of the student.Teachers can help students to internalize the external motivation to change their language learning attitude,through problem scenario Settings,teaching goal,aesthetic target selection and cultural participation,hot core literacy of high school students improve produce positive effect,provides some countermeasures of teaching practice and reference.In the conclusion part I further defined based on self-determination theory to study the importance of highschool Chinese core literacy promotion strategy,sums up the research emphasis,analyzes the shortcomings in the course of the research process,has been clear about the direction in the future.
