The evaluation of high school Chinese teachers is an important link to promote the sustainable development of education.With the continuous reform and Chinese course standard of high school school education continues to improve,high school Chinese teacher evaluation system tends to regulate,but the Chinese is a human,emotional and aesthetic subjects,high school Chinese teacher evaluation should highlight the professional characteristics of Chinese subject.Through interviewing,Gansu Province,Qinan teachers and students in the survey found that,although the school made every kind of teacher evaluation rules form,but the school teacher evaluation concept is not clear,the evaluation method is not reasonable,the evaluation standard in the actual operation is difficult to effectively implement;at the same time,the evaluation content of professional targeted weak the fine degree is low,resulting in high school Chinese teachers' professional quality is difficult to measure.In view of this,this article takes Qinan one in Gansu Province as a case to study on the evaluation of Chinese teachers in senior high schools from the perspective of professional standards.It mainly follows the research path of "finding problems,reflecting on the actual situation— improving the evaluation elements—putting forward the implementation plan".First of all,through the domestic and foreign literature review,grasp the trend of the development of teacher evaluation;secondly,in-depth investigation of line,understanding of high school Chinese teacher evaluation problems;thirdly,to "three dimensions" based on the professional standards of middle school teachers,combined with the characteristics of the subject language tool and the unity of humanism,starting from the professional theory,professional knowledge,professional ability,analysis of high school language teachers in the view of professional evaluation elements;finally,construct a feasible evaluation system of Chinese teachers in senior high school.This paper tries to put forward a specific and feasible plan to evaluate senior middle school Chinese teachers professionally,and provides a reference for the growth and development of Chinese teachers in high schools.
